A triathlete for 17 years, Mike Swan has achieved All–American status five times. He has completed the grueling 2.4–mile swim, 112–mile bike, and 26.2–mile run Hawaiian Ironman World Triathlon Championships seven times. In addition, Mike has become active in ultra–marathon (above 26.2–mile) running. He has raced at the 50–mile distance five times, finishing second overall in three of those races. Amongst his many highlights, Mike has placed fifth in his age group at the United States Trail Championships (50–miles) held at Mt. Rainier, Washington in 2002.

A competitive Runner for the past 24 years, Rusty Snow has had success at all levels and distances (from 5k to marathon) culminating with an Olympic Trials marathon berth in 2000. He was 12th American at the 2001 National Marathon Championships in the NYC Marathon and 13th American at the 2002 National Marathon Championships in the Twin Cities Marathon. In the 2005 National Championships at the Twin Cities Marathon, Rusty won his age group and was 18th American overall.

Both Mike and Rusty have been coaching athletes for over 30 years combined and their philosophy is simple – – to help athletes fulfill their potential. They have been successful at coaching a wide range of athletes from Olympic hopefuls and national class runners/triathletes, to the regionally competitive as well as beginner.
