What is required of you?
- Desire to plan, train for and recover (from training and racing) and execute your races to the best of your ability
- Desire to get the most out of your weekly mileage (whether its 30miles/week or 100mi/week)
- Desire to get truly fit (weight loss is a serious side effect of training)
- Desire to have training partners with similar goals
What you get
- Two coached workouts per week, Tuesday 6am San Marcos High School (by Tennis Courts) 6pm at SBCC from Sept through March, 5:45pm Goleta Beach April through August
Saturdays at 6:30am, locations vary and are emailed weekly
- *Daily/weekly training schedule created for you after receiving your training history questionnaire
- *Unlimited email communication
- Team environment (enabling you to push to your limits as well as providing the motivation to get out the door!)
- *Individual coaching program tapered to your individual life taking aspects all into account...if you are not recovering, you are not improving!
*If you choose the Coaching option
Cost
$125/month:
Individual Coaching with daily schedule emailed weekly created by looking at long term goals and training history and life limitations, unlimited email communication.
$60/month:
Workouts only, based on our assessment of youre when at practice.
