Wine Country Training is BACK and Better Than Ever! We are collaborating with Alaris Fitness again on a 8 week training program for the Wine Country Half Marathon.
It's true! Our Wine County Half Marathon training program is BACK and better than ever with a new price, new training structure, and more opportunities to have your best race!
Whether this is your first or fifth time running the Wine Country Half, our training program is designed to help make you faster while reducing risk of injury and having a ton of FUN.
Program starts Tuesday, March 20th and will end on race day with a post-race event at the Saarloos & Sons tasting room in Los Olivos.
Our new schedule is:
Tuesday 6am AND 6pm: Speed Session (come to the workout that fits your schedule)
Thursday 6pm (Optional Workout): The Rundown at Santa Barbara Running (in the Funk Zone)
Saturday 7:30am: Long Run from Santa Barbara Running
As always, you will have great coaches, resources, and training tips available to you throughout the training program to help you succeed regardless of what your goals are.
